Refund and Cancellation Policy – Stay Bright Design

At Stay Bright Design, each assignment is vital to us, and we ensure that we deal with every assignment with the utmost care and professionalism. Our goal is to provide the consequences that are in step with the phrases and situations of the proposal. However, despite each degree, if the purchaser isn’t pleased with the consequences and chooses to go through the dispute resolution process, we don’t forget refund requests as in step with the following software, wherein our offerings and refund coverage associated with every provider could be very much in reality listed:

Website / Web / Graphic Layout

Delivery Time:

• Full refund: In instances wherein the assignment has not been completed or if the preliminary layout style has not been approved, a full refund will be issued. The full refund coverage will be initiated after obtaining the upfront charged date and may take up to 7 days to process.

• Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our shipping policy, after approval of the preliminary design, a partial refund may be issued, proportional to the amount of work completed.

• No refunds: If the assignment has been completed and uploaded to the server, no refunds will be issued.

Logo Layout and Brochure Design

• Full refund: If the project has not been completed or the design has not been approved.

• Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as agreed after initial design approval.

• No refunds: Once the assignment is completed and uploaded to the server.

Web Programming

• If the assignment has not been initiated, a full refund is issued.

• There is a contract for every web programming assignment. If refund terms are not clearly outlined, the shipping policy below will remain in effect.

• A partial refund may be issued at the provider’s discretion if we fail to complete the project according to delivery terms. The amount will be calculated based on the portion completed vs. remaining scope.

NOTE: Stay Bright Design’s delivery commitment is subject to:

• Full refund: If work has not been initiated by the programmer/designer/content creator/SEO specialist or other resource.

• Proportionate refund: Based on the amount of work completed until cancellation.

• No refund: For services already rendered. If dissatisfied, the client must immediately inform our project manager. Late negotiations will not be entertained.

Applicability of Delivery Policy

NOTE: Stay Bright Design’s delivery commitment is subject to:

• A project is not considered void unless payments are cleared.

• Refund policy does not apply if essential information was not provided in time. Delays or failures caused by client communication are not the responsibility of Stay Bright Design.

• We are not obligated to meet delivery or refund commitments if provided project information is incomplete or unclear.

• There is no provision for compensation for delivery delays unless there’s a signed agreement with penalty clauses.

Limitation of Liability

Stay Bright Design’s liability is limited to the incomplete portion of the project as per the original proposal. We are not responsible for losses caused by services rendered, not rendered, or delays at any time. Refund liability applies only if cancellation is formally communicated by the client.

Processing of Refunds

• Partial refunds: Processed within 7 business days from cancellation and paid via the originally agreed method (check or credit card).

• Full refunds: Processed within 7 business days and paid via the original payment method.

Changes

Stay Bright Design may, at any time and without prior notice, update this policy at its sole discretion. Please check this policy periodically. Continued use of the Stay Bright Design website implies your acceptance of these changes.
